Vape4Me
A group of innovators and entrepreneurs decided to occupy their niche in the sale of vape (electronic cigarettes) in the EU. Similar vending machines (vape vending machines) already existed, but their quality and pricing needed improvements.
Task
Develop functional machines for selling electronic cigarettes (vapes) in the countries of the European Union. The devices had to be equipped with an age verification function of the buyer, and had to accept payments by various banking systems, such as: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, etc.
Solution
As a basis, we took our experience with the AXON machine with a dispenser (tube) dispensing system, and in close cooperation with the customer, we adapted the software for his project. Negotiations began in November-December 2022, and by 2023, approximately 700+ machines were manufactured and delivered to the client, successfully operating in Germany, Spain, England, and more. With 20 years of experience and working closely with a partner, we developed two new vape machines: VM 200 and VM 300. The difference between them is in the method of installation and the number of positions. A large and bright 32'' Full HD display in combination with AVANGARD’s proprietary software allows for exceptional ease of use of the device, product selection, and detailed information on it.
Result
These machines have an average payback period of 4 to 6 months, depending on the location. For example, 25 machines in Ibiza generate a monthly revenue of 35-40 thousand euros, and the metrics continue to grow as people gradually get accustomed to the service. All machines are equipped with: cashless payment modules or, if needed, a payment terminal for bills or coins, as well as a buyer age verification scanner.
